My experience was great! I needed the simple hemming of a dress and a friend referred me to Uptown Sewing Studio. I easily made an appointment online with Jane and met her at the appointed time. The shop is tidy with a great set up for trying on garments. Jane was friendly and very professional. She told me the cost of the alteration before I left and is to call me when the dress is ready. I’ll definitely use them in the future and will refer them to friends.

Uptown Sewing Studio did an amazing job altering my daughter's dress. They shortened and completely redid the straps so that it fit her perfectly. The workmanship was excellent, and the fit looks so much better now. They were professional, detail-oriented, and easy to work with throughout the process. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend Uptown Sewing Studio for alterations!

Nicole was so nice and knowledgeable! Super friendly, my dress needed some length cut off and a bustle added, it was done in a few days during probably one of their busiest seasons and it looks amazing! Highly recommend them!
